We specialize in digital products, templates, and downloadable toolkits.
Because our products are delivered instantly in a digital format, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once a purchase has been completed. However refund can be available in certain cases as per “Refund Policy Considerations”

Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

Digital Product Nature

All items sold on DigitalPrimer.in are intangible digital goods — such as downloadable files, templates, documents, and toolkits.
Once you purchase and download a product, it is considered delivered and consumed, and therefore non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Since our digital products are available for instant download immediately after payment confirmation, order cancellations are not accepted. However cancellation available in certain cases if payment done from customer side and he/she did not receive product download link or order processing email (that include actual product delivery) and customer want to cancel that order, we may allow order cancellation and refund in such cases.
Please ensure that you have reviewed all product details and previews before completing your payment.

Refund Policy Considerations –Exceptions / Special cases

Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following conditions:

The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible.
You made duplicate payments for the same product.

You made payments and did not receive download email or order processing email, and want to cancel the order, we may refund after checking the payment credit status and proof from your side via email communications only.

In such cases, please contact us at support@digitalprimer.in within 3 days of purchase. Our team will verify the issue and provide either:

A working version of the product, or
A refund in genuine duplicate-payment cases.
